Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Harbour Healthcare Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' care needs, providing health supervision, and delivering direct nursing care when required. You will also be expected to maintain ongoing assessments and reviews of clients, ensuring their care plans are completed and updated in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' care needs and provide health supervision
  • Deliver direct nursing care when required
  • Maintain ongoing assessments and reviews of clients
  • Ensure care plans are completed and updated
  • Administer prescribed medicines and document accordingly
  • Practice maximum integrity in dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
  • Supervise and instruct junior staff members
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses
  • Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team
