About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure timely and cost-effective case progression.
  • Business Development: Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Productivity and Quality: Manage your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Legal Experience: Recent practice experience of working in the legal profession, with a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.
  • Skills and Attributes: Be organised and process-driven, commercially astute, and committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
  • IT Literacy: Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Communication Skills: Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone.
