Key Responsibilities
  • Subcontractor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet project objectives.
  • Construction Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and provide clear communication of construction drawings on site, ensuring accurate layouts, material measurements, and setting out.
  • Technical Responsibility: Take ownership of technical aspects of projects on site, including reading and interpreting construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients' site teams to communicate project requirements, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Project Progress Management: Influence project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to program deadlines.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, driving business growth and success.
  • Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety: Work closely with the team to ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and health and safety standards during project phases.
Ideal Candidate
  • Commercial Awareness: Possess sound client liaison experience and commercial awareness, with a strong understanding of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104.
  • Technical Expertise: Be fully conversant in the use of software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D, with a hands-on approach to design, project management, and delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate good organization, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Industry Experience: Possess 3+ years' experience in the industry, with a strong aspiration to start a new and exciting chapter in your career.
