Role: Residential Sales Consultant

Location: Site Based, Yorkshire Region

Working Hours: Thursday 12:00 – 19:00, Friday – Monday 10:00 – 17:00.

From the initial reservation to the final handover, you will guide them through essential decisions that turn their aspirations into reality.

Collaboration with fellow team members in Project Management, Sales, and Marketing will be essential to ensure that our developments uphold the high standards associated with the Strata brand, resulting in satisfied customers. Your exceptional organizational and communication abilities will be vital in reassuring homebuyers, advancing transactions, and maintaining updated internal systems to provide management with necessary insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure quality homes and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Utilize your negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales.
  • Work with the broader team to devise strategies that attract visitors and meet sales targets.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, ensuring that solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors are actively progressing transactions towards target completion dates.
  • Efficiently process sales and contracts from reservation to completion using our onsite IT systems.
  • Draft clear and concise written communications.
  • Assist clients in navigating their specification choices and facilitate a smooth purchasing and handover experience.
  • Consistently convey a unified brand message.
  • Maintain excellent presentation standards of the development at all times.
  • Gather and analyze market research for the sales management team.
