Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team at The Access Group. As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering payroll solutions to our clients, ensuring that their payroll processes are efficient and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver payroll projects following our Implementation Methodology, providing training to clients on our payroll software product set.
- Proactively manage client implementations to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to manage expectations and ensure successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of payroll software, including mapping to 3rd party GL requirements and reconciling back credit/debit codes.
- Experience in a consultancy or implementation role with a SAAS Payroll provider, including E2E system testing and UAT experience.
- Ability to operate in an autonomous working environment, with great time management and prioritization skills.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer-centered communication skills.
