About Us:
The Non-Ferro Recovery Company (NRC) is a family-owned enterprise specializing in the extraction and recycling of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals from waste materials. We serve as a crucial link between waste management and sustainable recycling practices.

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for dedicated Hand Pickers to join our team at our operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting various metals and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
  • Identifying and separating different types of minerals and raw materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and copper.
  • Maintaining a tidy workspace by cleaning up spills and debris around the installation.
  • Assisting in manual cleaning of the installation at the end of the production day or during any operational downtime.
  • Exhibiting flexibility by taking on additional tasks as required by team members.
  • Ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of your designated work area throughout the day.
  • Adhering to the safety protocols outlined in the NRC Safety Manual.

Qualifications:
While prior experience in metal sorting is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as comprehensive training will be provided.

Work Schedule:
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday with a Saturday rotation.
  • Part-Time: Available on Fridays and Saturdays.
