Job Title: Night Porter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Food & Beverage Department during the night shift
  • Welcome guests to the hotel and provide excellent customer service
  • Keep public areas clean and tidy
  • Prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day
  • Assist guests with their luggage and respond to their inquiries
  • Conduct nightly Health and Safety audits
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial
  • Experience of night shift work is essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
