**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our team as a Senior Building Architect. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, excellent technical knowledge, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the design and delivery of building projects across various sectors, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • RIBA/ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the UK.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and design skills, with a strong understanding of current building regulations and legislation.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-recognized software, including Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe packages.
