Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Fire Stopping Specialist to join our team for ongoing work in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in passive fire protection and be able to work independently in social housing projects.

The Fire Stopping Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Completing all aspects of fire stopping, including installation and testing of fire-resistant materials
  • Working in social housing projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines

The successful candidate will require:

  • Experience working on fire stopping contracts, with a strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations
  • Social housing experience, with knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
  • Level 2 NVQ in passive fire protection, or equivalent qualification
