We are excited to be partnering with a global medical devices business, who are currently looking for a senior supply planning expert to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting the global quality and operations function, through optimising product availability and achieving inventory targets, whilst also driving improvements to key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply of products to help meet customer service objectives, whilst achieving inventory targets.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders across manufacturing, commercial, and finance teams to help optimise supply signals, inventory, and production processes.
- Support with the preparation for the S&OP process, providing insight and recommendations to help guide decision-making at senior leadership level.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply planning, within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing a range of 3rd party and in-house manufacturing partners and working collaboratively with international stakeholders
- Great stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Strong analytical skills and planning system experience; ideally experience working with SAP IBP
