The Role:

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to support our travel business. The successful candidate will provide enthusiastic and competent sales advice to customers, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge and experience of the travel industry and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent product knowledge and assist customers in selecting a holiday that meets their requirements.
  • Advise and guide customers on holiday locations, demonstrating knowledge and experience of worldwide popular tourist destinations.
  • Assist customers with complex travel itineraries and maximize sales in branch.
  • Provide professional and excellent customer service, assisting with the purchase of foreign currency and maintaining branch standards.
  • Adhere to Society policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and passion for worldwide popular tourist destinations.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Experience as a Travel Consultant.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Tarsc CRM System.
  • Bureau De Change experience.
