The Resolute Group is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the Leeds, West Yorkshire region. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for carrying out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans, and tenders for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing tenders on behalf of clients based on architectural, structural engineer, and specialist drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Establishing connections with various individuals across the tendering process, including suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists to facilitate collaboration.
  • Performing accurate take-offs for various residential and commercial projects, utilizing measuring take-off tools and software for precision.
  • Supporting the estimating and managing director as required.
  • Discussing and establishing potential value engineering regarding projects to aid clients in meeting budgets.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in estimating or a related field.
