Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Kids Planet Chorley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained, while also promoting a positive and inclusive environment for our children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of our services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding policies.
- Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding policies.
- Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of childcare professionals.
