Our client is seeking a motivated administrator to assist their training and internal communications departments. This position is well-suited for a recent graduate eager to gain experience in the training sector. The role involves managing time-sensitive projects and maintaining up-to-date employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Ensure that communications from the training team, particularly through the intranet, are current and engaging.
  • Oversee all requests for coaching, shadowing, and mentoring within the organization.
  • Manage the e-learning system, including user enrollment and participation reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including room reservations, purchase order processing, course scheduling, tracking, reporting, and handling inquiries.
  • Ensure assessors have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage all training courses.
  • Regularly update and organize the Training and Development trackers.
  • Set up requests for psychometric personality assessments and manage report downloads.
  • Assist the Internal Communications Manager in managing communication channels and content.
  • Draft, review, approve, and upload news articles to the intranet.
  • Support colleagues with basic inquiries related to the intranet.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills to interpret information and provide recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
