As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers regarding outstanding recalls and make necessary arrangements to ensure customer safety
* Produce detailed reporting using manufacturer-based systems and communicate findings to senior management
* Carry out data cleansing tasks to ensure our customer CRM database is accurate and effective
* Work with colleagues to carry out detailed accurate reviews on our site-based data to ensure best practice is adhered and produce accurate reporting for senior management
* Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure the highest level of customer service was delivered
* Daily download of Customer Service Index from various car manufacturers' websites regarding Stoneacre performance/customer feedback and surveys
* Import information and produce Excel spreadsheets for analysis
* Distribute reports to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Directors
* Responsible for the 'Motability' contract, downloading/collating and importing statistics

Requirements:

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with customers, colleagues, and suppliers of all levels
* Active listener - listen to others' views and requests, obtain information, and check level of understanding through effective questioning techniques
* Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner, identify and understand customer requirements, and translate this into actions to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
* Fantastic analytical ability - gather and record verbal and numerical data in a comprehensive and effective manner, analyze information for completeness and accuracy, identify key data, omissions, and issues, and escalate where necessary
* Effective control - approach tasks and interactions with others in a systematic and structured manner, support the implementation and maintenance of proper controls and processes within the department or function, use systems efficiently and in accordance with policy, and take appropriate action where there have been lapses in processes and escalate where necessary
* Relationship building - develop productive and cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues, using rapport building techniques, empathy, and effective interpersonal skills
* Great technical ability - demonstrate and maintain an appropriate level of technical expertise
* Aligned to the Stoneacre brand values and demonstrates these in your behaviors and approach to people and tasks
* Displays honesty and integrity in everything you do
