Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire teams to raise standards in student outcomes.
  • Work with pupils with a wide & diverse range of SEND, including PMLD, SLD, MLD, ASD, ADHD, and speech & language impairments.
  • Be a member of a creative, flexible, and dynamic staff team with high expectations for our learners to achieve in life.
