About the Role

QinetiQ Maritime Land and Weapons is seeking a highly skilled Principal Noise and Vibration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Noise and Vibration Team, you will be responsible for conducting field measurements, performing data analysis, and leading technical innovation in the field of vibro-acoustics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company as a technical subject matter expert in R&D and customer meetings
  • Lead technical innovation and research related to new technologies
  • Strengthen international collaboration and engagement with academia and seek out new partnerships
  • Collaborate with other synergy disciplines across QinetiQ
  • Provide technical leadership for large-scale and high-complexity noise and vibration projects
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in a similar domain
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, maths, science, or a related technical subject
