We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Manager to oversee the operations of 10 Residential Children's Homes that utilize our innovative SEED Care Model. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our young people, while driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of 10 Residential Children's Homes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our therapeutic SEED Care Model, promoting best practices and consistent implementation.
- Recruit, train, and manage all staff members within the homes, including providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as child well-being outcomes, staff retention, and family engagement, and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure appropriate therapeutic interventions and support services are provided to meet each child's unique needs.
- Embed the company's policies, processes, and protocols, ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as social workers, juvenile justice representatives, and community partners.
- Manage the operational performance of the homes, including developing and overseeing annual budgets.
- Represent the organization in community events, professional associations, and other forums to promote the SEED Care Model and our mission.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a residential children's home or similar setting.
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of technology to support program management and reporting.
