Overall Purpose:
To maximize the profitability of The Source through efficient and effective marketing strategies. This role involves bringing fresh ideas and identifying innovative ways to communicate the company's story, working across the full marketing mix from strategy development to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies and plans to enhance lead generation and increase the company's visibility in target markets.
- Support brand development and drive sales through both online and offline marketing channels, including content creation, social media management, and video production.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and key account developments to inform and adapt the marketing strategy as needed.
- Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance, accurate lead management, and effective campaign creation and analysis.
- Oversee the company website, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Create and tailor content in collaboration with Business Development Managers and Engineering teams to support sales and project activities, including region-specific and language-specific materials.
- Plan and execute all marketing communications (Marcoms) activities, including advertising, exhibitions, PR, newsletters, and internal communications to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the company's corporate identity and brand across all internal and external communications.
- Plan, execute, and analyze online and offline marketing campaigns, including email and integrated campaigns, as well as customer surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, including planning and tracking expenditures in alignment with the annual budget.
- Contribute to the overall marketing efforts by proposing and developing new ideas to foster a creative and innovative marketing environment.
Qualifications/Education:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is desirable.Technical Experience:
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment.Experience in CRM system management, including administration and campaign execution.Proficiency in managing websites through a CMS, such as WordPress.Familiarity with analytical and SEO tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.Comfortable in a highly professional, customer-focused environment, with experience in direct customer interactions.Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring full buy-in and support for marketing initiatives, including presenting to internal teams.Specialist Equipment Experience:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in WordPress, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics packages.Experience with email marketing platforms and other relevant software.
