Theatre Practitioner

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our CEPOD team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our fast-paced theatres.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage CEPOD theatres, ASU, and plastic list
- Provide scrubbing services for a wide range of general surgery specialties, including Vascular, Thoracic, HPB, UGI, Colorectal, Paediatric, Urology, ENT, and Max Fax
- Support and guide junior staff members
- Work collaboratively with the team leader, other Band 6 colleagues, matron, and CEPOD clinical leads
