As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality performance and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with laboratory technicians to ensure accurate and timely testing results.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory accreditation standards, including CLAS.
  • Provide training and guidance to laboratory technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Support the development of new methods, systems, and processes to improve quality performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiological methods, including Total Viable Count and Enterobacteriaceae.
  • Competent in laboratory safety, auditing, and equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
