Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Deliver complete projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Contract Management: Manage contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Site Visits: Conduct nationwide site visits to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  5. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in project management and contract administration, preferably in the Education & Healthcare sector.
  2. Trade Background: A trade background in joinery or a related field is desirable.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Flexibility: Willingness to travel for site visits and work flexible hours as required.
