We are working exclusively with an integrated marketing agency based in the Oxfordshire countryside, part of a larger marketing services group. They provide communications and channel marketing for a variety of b2b and b2c clients, including design, print, large format print, exhibitions, video communications, digital media, direct mail, advertising, conferences, and events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and prospective clients
  • Forecast and track client account figures through each quarter
  • Organize client meetings and write internal briefs for design and digital campaigns
  • Raise invoices and liaise with internal/external accounts teams
  • Formulate SoWs and sales proposals
  • Keep record of client meetings, requests, and creative assets

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a client services role, preferably within a marketing agency environment
  • Proven record of successfully managing accounts and delivering campaigns
  • 25 days holiday
  • Hybrid working (as little as one day per week onsite)
