We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Trace – Expert Accountancy Recruitment. As a key member of our Transactions Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and approve invoices and payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring correct coding and matching with purchase orders.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts payable and resolving discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
  • Ensure transactions comply with policies and regulations; assist in audit preparation.
  • Generate accounts payable reports to support management decisions.
  • Support the finance team in improving processes and guide non-finance colleagues on purchasing procedures.
