About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Site Supervisor to join our Integrated Design and Delivery team at Northumbrian Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of schemes, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of schemes, including defining technical and TOTEX solutions, and influencing stakeholders and framework partners.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including project managers and engineering personnel, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Supervise framework partners pre- and post-construction, as well as during the delivery stage.
  • Support the technical development and training of the broader Civils team by mentoring and coaching apprentices or junior members of the team.
Requirements
  • Track record in delivering construction/civils projects.
  • Good technical knowledge of standards and specifications, including CDM and the roles and responsibilities of the principle contractor and principle designer.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to review and comment on contractors' RAMS and experience in managing contractors.
  • Full valid UK class B+E driving licence.
