We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations processes of our luxury interior design studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Offer expert advice on our collections to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Update our CRM system with essential details on trade accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow up with clients and conduct regular account check-ins to build strong relationships.
- Host showroom visitors and maintain the showroom in excellent condition, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Manage the sampling process for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop engaging content for social media, showcasing our brand and products.
- Support the business development team with various initiatives, driving growth and success.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and administration within interior design or luxury goods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for the interior design industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tight-knit studio environment, with a strong understanding of the lighting design industry.
Location: London
Working Model: On Site
Salary: £30,000 - £40, % commission
