Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals and ensuring the highest standards of education and care are delivered to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality education and care to children.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Ensure a warm and caring atmosphere is maintained for children at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Support the management team in the daily running of the nursery.
- Ensure compliance with Banana Moon policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements.
- Provide training, support, and mentoring to staff to inspire and lead ambitious practice.
- Create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for children and their families.
- Promote a successful business with a first-class reputation, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to children.
