Position Overview:

  • You will gain in-depth knowledge across various therapeutic areas, focusing primarily on infusion systems, vascular access, safety software, and pain management solutions.
  • Engage with NHS entities, including Procurement, Infection Control, EBME Departments, and Clinical Leads.
  • Implement an account management strategy to identify growth opportunities within current accounts.
  • Provide education on the product range to facilitate upselling and cross-selling, thereby enhancing revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Clinical Nursing and Technical Integration teams to pinpoint training requirements, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and nurturing relationships in established accounts.
  • Work with both newly acquired and existing NHS Acute, Private, and Alternate site accounts to optimize revenue and profitability across the infusion and vascular access portfolios.
  • Supported by a dedicated team of Clinical Nurse Trainers and Field Service Engineers.
  • Ideally located along the M8 Corridor.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £40k to £60k, with an additional £18k in on-target earnings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sales related to infusion systems, including IV therapy and associated consumables.
  • Strong understanding of infusion therapy applications is essential for customer education.
  • Familiarity with health issues relevant to the infusion product line.
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, along with an understanding of clinical disease states.
  • Proven sales experience delivering comprehensive solutions that include hardware and consumables.
  • Consistent expertise in health issues associated with surgical and anaesthetic procedures.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret commercial data effectively.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with a self-starter mentality.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation are crucial.
  • The company promotes autonomy, avoiding micromanagement.
  • A degree is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and professional communication skills are required.
