Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice on CDM and H&S management to clients
* Act as Principal Designer and help clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities
* Establish positive relationships with clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
* Represent Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner
* Manage all commissions to ensure client expectations and business management system requirements are met
* Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and other tasks as required

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines
* Good IT skills to generate reports and documents
* Solutions-driven and creative thinker
* Excellent client empathy
* Extensive knowledge and experience within the construction industry, specifically around CDM regulations
* Experience as a Principal Designer is highly desirable

Education and Professional Qualifications:

* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* Full UK driving license
* NEBOSH Diploma Level or equivalent
* GradIOSH or equivalent
* Membership of the APS

Additional Information:

* SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role
