Reporting directly to the Stock and Systems Manager, this role offers a flexible shift pattern and competitive salary. You'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations within our shared user environment.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications.
  • Respond promptly to user requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with site operations to identify configuration requirements for system enhancements.
  • Maintain systems documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to the testing of new software releases against defined requirements.
  • Proactively recommend changes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within the WMS platform.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to WMS and applications.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience working with Warehouse Management and Automation systems.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools such as SQL and Ki-Soft.
  • Familiarity with Manhattan Associates WMS configuration is highly desirable.
