About the Role
TDM Recruitment is working with a leading privately owned housebuilder in the South East region to strengthen its planning team with an experienced Town Planner. The company builds luxury family homes within the Kent & South London region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning applications on immediate and strategic sites
- Oversee internal and external consultants on short-term and large-scale projects
- Develop and implement planning strategies to support business growth
- Collaborate with the Head of Land & Planning Director to drive planning initiatives
Requirements
- Degree qualified with MRTPI
- 2+ years post-graduation experience in a town planning role
- Proven experience in handling planning applications in Kent
- Detailed experience in residential planning applications and large-scale projects
