Key Responsibilities

  • Manage planning applications on immediate and strategic sites
  • Oversee internal and external consultants on short-term and large-scale projects
  • Develop and implement planning strategies to support business growth
  • Collaborate with the Head of Land & Planning Director to drive planning initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with MRTPI
  • 2+ years post-graduation experience in a town planning role
  • Proven experience in handling planning applications in Kent
  • Detailed experience in residential planning applications and large-scale projects
