What to Expect
As a member of our International Advertising Monitoring department, you will play a vital role in our Advertising Intelligence Data Centre. This position is focused on data entry and allows for remote work flexibility. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and cataloging relevant advertisements across various media platforms, including Television, Radio, Print, and Digital.
- Monitoring advertising content to gather key insights that clients can leverage to enhance their media strategies and track competitor activities.
- Collaborating with team members to meet departmental deadlines and objectives.
- Striving to exceed established productivity and quality targets to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Providing support across different departments as needed.
- Maintaining communication with other teams to uphold quality and consistency.
- Utilizing company systems effectively.
- Completing any additional reasonable tasks as assigned.
About You
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus; please specify all languages and proficiency levels in your application.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient data entry capabilities.
- Basic numeracy skills are required.
- Familiarity with the Google suite is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to balance results-driven focus with interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a flexible approach to work hours, including potential weekend shifts.
- Willingness to work on UK Bank Holidays as per departmental requirements, with additional compensation for such shifts.
