What to Expect

As a member of our International Advertising Monitoring department, you will play a vital role in our Advertising Intelligence Data Centre. This position is focused on data entry and allows for remote work flexibility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and cataloging relevant advertisements across various media platforms, including Television, Radio, Print, and Digital.
  • Monitoring advertising content to gather key insights that clients can leverage to enhance their media strategies and track competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet departmental deadlines and objectives.
  • Striving to exceed established productivity and quality targets to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Providing support across different departments as needed.
  • Maintaining communication with other teams to uphold quality and consistency.
  • Utilizing company systems effectively.
  • Completing any additional reasonable tasks as assigned.

About You

  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus; please specify all languages and proficiency levels in your application.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient data entry capabilities.
  • Basic numeracy skills are required.
  • Familiarity with the Google suite is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance results-driven focus with interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a flexible approach to work hours, including potential weekend shifts.
  • Willingness to work on UK Bank Holidays as per departmental requirements, with additional compensation for such shifts.
