About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at VolkerWessels UK. As a key member of our Southern Renewals Enterprise framework project with Network Rail, you will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the sites allocated to you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC forms of contract and relevant industry standards.
Requirements
  • Hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
  • Adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience in managing NEC forms of contract.
  • Experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor.
