Exciting Opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Conveyancer to join our innovative start-up law firm, Everpool. As a key member of our Trusts division, you will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting all conveyancing procedures, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring our reputation for excellence and personalised service is upheld
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
