Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack items for dispatch.
  • Delivery Management: If involved in deliveries, you will also be responsible for:
  • Conducting daily inventory assessments and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Participating in the annual inventory count.
  • Operating forklifts as required.

Customer Service:

Deliver a friendly and professional response to customer inquiries, ensuring total satisfaction and contributing to our goal of providing industry-leading service levels.


Order Processing:

Handle orders accurately and consistently to minimize delays between order receipt and goods dispatch, thereby maximizing sales and stock turnover.


Issue Resolution:

Address customer queries, warranty issues, credits, and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.


Collaboration:

Work closely with third-party distribution partners to identify potential challenges and ensure a seamless flow of orders, enhancing customer satisfaction.


Warehouse Support:

Ensure that the warehouse and trade counter operations support sales objectives and contribute to market share growth in alignment with company goals.


Skills Development:

Acquire and demonstrate the necessary sales techniques, product knowledge, and understanding of company policies to operate effectively.


Professional Conduct:

Address complaints related to your responsibilities promptly and professionally.


Health and Safety:

As an employee, you are required to take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others, cooperating with management on all health and safety matters as outlined in the Employee Safety Handbook.


Data Protection:
  • Familiarize yourself with the organization's data protection policies in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, understanding the importance of safeguarding sensitive information.
