About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure projects, including detailed highway and drainage design, 3D site modeling, and transport planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake design for infrastructure projects, including 3D surface modeling and hydraulic drainage design.
  • Represent the company at client, contractor, and local authority meetings.
  • Design and approvals for S278 and S38 highway schemes with design capability when supervised by senior staff.
  • Work with Civils 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage modeling software such as FLOW or Microdrainage.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or currently working towards one.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus.
