Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Management Director to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and operations teams, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Personnel Management/Staff Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations
    • Identify and develop talent within the organization
  • Administrative Management
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
    • Manage cash flow, inventory, and supplies
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
