We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting a caring environment for our customers, ensuring that each individual receives care that is tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to vulnerable adults, ensuring compliance with company, local, and national standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor, record, and report on care activities.
- Support the Area Manager in assessing individuals referred for housing, care, and support services, ensuring the development of personalized support plans.
- Assist in the preparation of rosters to ensure sufficient staff are available at all times, deployed efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in providing care and support services for vulnerable adults.
- Previous supervisory/management experience with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, working towards level 5.
- Good commercial acumen and commitment to setting and maintaining high standards.
- Excellent IT skills.
