Display Stand Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work amongst a team of assembly operatives
  • Assist with general Quality Control checks
  • Assembly and packing of retail display stands and retail fixtures/furniture
  • Delivery/collection of goods if the dedicated delivery driver is unavailable
Candidate Requirements:
  • Competent in assembly and packing of retail display items, working from specific instructions
  • Part assembling and quality checking components during the assembly phase
  • Use of appropriate packaging materials to suit protection for the goods
  • Use of light hand/air powered/power tools
  • Use correct manual handling techniques, including use of forklift truck (training provided as required)
  • Accurately record/check condition of fixtures to a brief and making reports for team leader
  • Carry out routine maintenance checks of warehouse equipment, including cleaning duties, disposal of unrequired displays - under instructions from Line Manager
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Be fluent in English
