About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing restaurant business as a Chef De Partie/Sous Chef. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dining experiences and contributing to the company's expansion plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
- Help lead the team and ensure high standards are met and great food is served daily to company specifications.
- Maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating and ensure all Health and Safety processes are in place.
- Assist in achieving site GP targets and manage stock and labour costs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef.
- Between £28,000 - £34,000 a year (depending on experience), plus weekly & monthly tips (can be an extra £3000-£5000 per year).
- Full-time position.
