About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Project Worker at The Rosses & Foyle Community Wellbeing Service. As a key member of our Mental Health services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions to live with dignity and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Provide emotional support, guidance, and advocacy to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative programs and services that promote mental wellbeing and social inclusion.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Engage with local communities to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing issues.
