About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer / Team Lead to join our team at Client Server. As a Data Engineer / Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of large-scale data processing applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes within an AWS environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Analytics team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple data engineering projects.
  • Coach and mentor junior Data Engineers and lead team activities.
  • Design scalable end-to-end data engineering processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading the design and development of large-scale data processing applications and infrastructure.
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring junior Data Engineers.
  • Expertise with designing scalable end-to-end data engineering processes.
  • Advanced Analytics skills and a track record of providing strategic insights.
  • Advanced technical skills with Python and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, RedShift, Kafka, S3.
