Evo Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our prestigious Distribution client in the Blackburn area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and mentor, develop, and grow the team.
  • Manage stock, materials, storage, and despatch, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Process documentation and administration, including managing the warehouse budget.
  • Implement Health & Safety protocols and ensure compliance.
  • Induct and train new members of staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency within the warehouse operation.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to implement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and FLT's are maintained and reports are kept up to date.
  • Utilize IT systems to drive process improvements and enhance communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing team performance and KPI's.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and ability to implement protocols.
