We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team in the Bracknell area. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Manager with administrative tasks, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with candidates, collecting relevant documentation and references, and maintaining regular communication throughout the application process.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager with administrative and compliance tasks, adhering to CQC regulations and Home Instead Franchise standards.
  • Update online and offline job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience, managing the end-to-end process with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a care or regulated sector, with a proven track record of delivering responsive end-to-end recruitment support.
  • Extensive administration experience, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive, and highly responsive individual, able to work flexibly based on business needs and candidate requirements.
  • Confident and self-motivated, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using online job boards, particularly Indeed, for candidate sourcing.
