This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Dermatology Team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a MOHS Dermatology Waiting List Coordinator and Booking Clerk, you will play a key role in the service we provide to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments and coordinate schedules for MOHS surgery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage the waiting list.
- Ensure timely communication with patients regarding their appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Work closely with dermatologists and medical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency and patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide a confidential, efficient, and user-friendly service.
- Previous experience working within a team.
- Office experience and knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Ability to communicate with patients and senior members of staff.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and hospital databases.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work on own initiative.
