Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for our Residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Residents, their families, and our Colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care services.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our Residents. You will have a valid NMC Pin and a degree in Nursing, with experience of working in a care home environment. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing person-centred care.
