Lead Generative AI Engineer

We're a UK-based deep tech start-up seeking a highly skilled Lead Generative AI Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience leading teams working with NLP/Generative AI, you'll be responsible for technically leading teams and applying your skills to our two exciting, commercially focussed, core AI developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, combine, and scale natural model systems
  • Enhance data and collaborate with the wider AI team
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in Generative AI and ML
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with NLP/Generative AI
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying production machine learning pipelines
  • Proficiency in Python for machine learning development
  • Full-stack development, enhancement, and maintenance
  • Docker for system deployment
  • AWS/Cloud experience
  • A portfolio of previous work in AI/robotics (Github repository) or published papers in relevant AI/robotics journals/conferences
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Best practices in data engineering
  • Experience with building Restful services
  • Experience presenting in front of project stakeholders
