Join our enthusiastic team We are in search of a P2M Project Manager to become a part of KP Snacks. If you want to be in an environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Project Manager at KP, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the management of redesign initiatives, packaging alterations, procurement material adjustments, and new flavor development projects from initial approval through to site delivery and post-launch evaluations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes, establish detailed timelines, and conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies in accordance with standardized documentation and processes. You will be responsible for setting up all master data, completing Acorn setups, and managing artwork briefs.
  • Take ownership of the continuous enhancement of the Acorn and Finished Goods form (SKU setup process).
  • Ensure compliance with the Intersnack Imagine Stage & Gate process at both UK and Group levels. This includes collaborating with the Marketing project owner to submit high-quality Gate documents during UK and Group Pit meetings.
  • Chair some of the Material Change Meetings (MCM) conducted with the sites.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in processes, systems, documentation, and operational methodologies to enhance the overall product-to-market process.
