Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging leisure and social activities that promote the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive care environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's activities program, ensuring it is innovative, engaging, and resident-focused
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident outcomes
