Building Services Manager

We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who requires an experienced Building Services expert to cover their schemes across the West and East Sussex areas with the regional office located near Southampton.
The company is a national brand with an excellent reputation in their chosen marketplace and has excellent long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain. They have a forward-thinking approach to staff engagement and offer opportunities to grow and develop your career with them.
The regional office is based near Southampton, and the geographical area covers Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex. They target work in the education, public sector, leisure, MOD, and commercial marketplaces with a mix of negotiated and framework opportunities.
Current live projects include new build SEN schools, Primary Schools, Leisure Centre refurbishments, local authority schemes, and MOD new builds and refurbishments.
The role involves taking full responsibility for the services packages across a range of projects and working with the bid and estimating teams at the pre-construction stage to assess feasibility, programme times, and buildability. You will collaborate with the design and commercial teams and subcontractors to establish best practice and promote a culture of excellence.
